Welcome to the photographic database of UK registered Mk1 Austin Healey Sprites, or Frogeyes as they are known.
The aim of the database is to provide a reference point to those looking to see if their old car still exists and also some historic photos for new owners wishing to piece together their car's history.
There are currently in excess of 1000 seperate vehicles on the database, most of which will be uploaded over the coming weeks and months. However there are quite a few which I am still awaiting permission to publish. So if you have an enquiery about a specific car which doesn't appear here, I may still have some information about it on file. Please feel free to ask. |

I have a passion for Austin Healey Mk1 Sprites and own a 1958 Frogeye Sprite named "Gaps" due to it's poor panel fit. In addition, I am the editor of the Midget & Sprite Club's monthly magazine "Mascot" as well as being one of the club's committee members.

Although you should be able to search the database by vehicle registration number the search function doesn't always seem to work. You may have more luck using the "Advanced Search" but there is still no guarantee.
The best way is to manualy search by looking through the database. It is pretty much in numerical and alphabetical order.
Many vehicles are yet to be uploaded due to copyright issues so if you don't see your car, please contact me as it may still be know to me.
